Key Highlights:
Sales Cloud:
Owned and optimized the Sales Cloud Trial, defining what the most important areas of the platform prospective small businesses should see before converting into paid customers. This work eventually led to the creation of a new product line called Salesforce Starter.
Developed and launched the new Kanban experience in Lightning (built on list views), providing users with the first ever drag and drop capability in the UI for a more intuitive and efficient way to manage work.
Played a key role in the migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning by scouring the usage data of customers that made the switch, and ones that did not to better understand feature gaps that needed to be prioritized in order to increase adoption.
B2B Marketing Cloud:
Owned the entire feature set of the Campaigns object, supporting the end to end workflow of B2B Marketers using Salesforce.
Led the integration efforts to migrate Pardot, a Salesforce-acquired company, onto the Salesforce platform, successfully combining Pardot Campaigns with Salesforce Campaigns.
Launched Multi-Touch Attribution, a product that enabled B2B marketers to better measure the performance of their campaigns and understand their impact on revenue targets.
Introduced Pardot Einstein, an AI-driven feature that provided insights into campaign performance, prospect engagement, and marketing content effectiveness.
IoT Cloud:
Built the state-machine engine that powered real-time automations for proactive customer service, enhancing the responsiveness and efficiency of service operations.
Supported the end-of-life of IoT Cloud by transitioning the technology to become the backbone of the Platform Automation tool, Flow Builder, significantly improving automation capabilities across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Achievements:
Innovated and launched the first ever AI-driven product for B2B Marketing, enabling many more use cases for AI use in the platform.
Led the integration and migration efforts for major acquisitions and strategic initiatives (Pardot, Work.com, Lightning), increasing adoption and usage of Salesforce to millions of users.
Served as Vice President of the Salesforce Women’s Network, empowering women at Salesforce in their careers.
Presented in front of large audiences at Dreamforce, and drove the demo for Sales Cloud, B2B Marketing and IoT keynote presentations.
